Our Dedication to Pro Bono
We are grounded in equality, Inclusivity and Serving our community.
“I began volunteering truly as young as I can remember, initially because I was taught that it was the right thing to do, but then when I was old enough to make my own decisions, I realized that the desire to do good energized me and quite frankly, volunteering makes me a better person. You see, I quickly realized that there is such depth to the volunteer relationship. For as much as I may offer, I also learn a great deal from those I interact with.
In today’s world it is really hard to believe in good. Each day there is cause to question humanity... cue volunteering, it gives a reason to be proud to be part of the human race. In my humble opinion, volunteering is an essential part of fostering equitable, empathetic feelings towards other human beings; it facilitates connecting people who may otherwise never cross paths. It isn't about a class system or who faces adversity - in those interactions all of the demographics that cloud us melt away, and it is one human learning and working with another.
Volunteering inspires minds to be inquisitive, to creatively think about how to solve problems - including really big world problems that might otherwise seem insurmountable. This magnitude of thinking is imperative for the greater future , yet can only be realized when open minds and welcoming hearts abound. Volunteering provides many roads, for all levels of comfortability, to come together as one race and work towards truly bettering this world.
That is why I volunteer.”

The Northside Legal Clinic
The Northside Legal Clinic offers regularly scheduled free legal clinics, at which individuals and small companies can receive up to 30 minutes of consultation on their legal issues. Each clinic will be dedicated to business and criminal law.
The Northside Legal Clinic hopes to help small business owners by providing free legal consultation to individuals and entrepreneurs from all walks of life.
All appointments are on a first come, first serve basis, and we will accept 6 - 8 consultations per clinic, depending on content, questions and timing.
The attorneys volunteering at the clinic are well versed in listening to any situation with an open mind, prioritizing inclusivity, acceptance and support. The consultations won’t establish an attorney-client relationship, they are simply designed to provide answers to your general questions as best we can. If you are in need of ongoing counsel, those volunteering at the clinic will provide you with local pro bono services that may be able to provide ongoing representation for you.
